What does the price include?
Everything — equipment, labor, disposal of your old unit, and a 10-year parts warranty plus 1-year labor warranty. No add-ons, no surprises.
Do you use sub-contractors?
Never. Every installation is performed by our own licensed technicians. We don't outsource your install to third parties.
Why do prices vary by tonnage?
Larger systems require more equipment and labor. Tonnage is determined by your home's square footage, insulation, and layout — we'll confirm the right size before quoting.
What is included in the warranty?
Your new system comes with a 10-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty. Parts are covered for a full decade; if a labor-related issue arises in the first year, we fix it at no charge.
