1. Service Coordination Model

Anchor HVAC 360 is a marketing and service coordination platform. We connect users with independent, licensed HVAC professionals (“Service Partners”) in Houston, TX.

NOTICE: We do not directly perform HVAC repairs. All technical field work is performed by independent contractors who are solely responsible for their work, licensing, and insurance.

2. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting your information, you provide “prior express written consent” to be contacted by Anchor HVAC 360 and its Service Partners at the number provided.

• Methods: Calls, SMS/text messages, or emails, including the use of automated technology.
• One-to-One: Your lead will be sent to the specific Service Partner(s) indicated during your request.
• Opt-Out: Text “STOP” at any time to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Anchor HVAC 360 shall not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, or mechanical failures resulting from the acts or omissions of our independent Service Partners. Any claims for damages must be filed against the specific contractor who performed the work.

4. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration in Harris County, Texas. You hereby waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

5. No Professional Advice

6. Intellectual Property
